This policy explains what personal data ROI · Revenue Operations Institute collects, why, and your rights. ROI is a trading name of Trinovate Lab Group Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202501011105 (1612519-X)), F-0-10, Kedai PPR Batu Muda, Jalan 1/12, Kampung Batu Muda, 51100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which is the controller of your data. What we collect

We never receive your full card number: Stripe handles it.
Our legal bases
- Contract: to provide the course you signed up for or bought.
- Legal obligation: tax and accounting records.
- Legitimate interests: security, improving courses and emailing learners about related ROI courses (you can opt out at any time).
- Consent: advertising cookies and pixels, where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run ROI, under contracts that protect it:

If you're enrolled through a team licence, your company can see your enrolment, progress and certification status.
International transfers
We are based in Malaysia and our providers store data in several countries, including the US and the EU. Where data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and pixels
The site uses cookies needed to run it and to keep you signed in. With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure which ads bring people to our courses. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the site footer.
How long we keep it
- Account and course records: while your account is open, plus 2 years.
- Certificate records (name, certification, date): for as long as the certificate can be checked, so employers can confirm it.
- Purchase and tax records: 7 years, as required by tax law.
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, California and Malaysia (PDPA 2010), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email hello@revops.institute; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Security
We use providers with strong security, encrypt data in transit, and limit who can access learner data.
Children
Our courses are for working professionals and are not aimed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it applies.
